Giverny

On the banks of the Seine, Claude Monet discovered Giverny and settled there from 1883 to his death in 1926. Today we discover his home, his studios and the unique gardens he built. These inspirations have given birth to many masterpieces by the artist.

World famous, we marvel at the reflections on the water lily pond, the Japanese bridge, the iris flowerbed, the arches of the roses garden. In the village, the Museum of Impressionism pays tribute to  impressionist movement and its influences.
