How many people are in a group ? How many people travel on one minivan ?

What is a private tour ?

A private excursion allows you to privatize the vehicle and the guide to enjoy this day with only those you want.

Can you accommodate customized private tour ?

In addition to private tours, we offer customized private excursions, personalized on request. For private guided visit of a museum or private vacation experience, we are at your entire disposal.

In which language(s) do we operate our tours ?

We are all fluent in English and French. Small group excursions are offered only in English. Our recipe is : one group, one language. We offer, on request, some private day trips in other languages: Chinese, Japanese, Russian, Spanish, Italian, German.

Are children welcomed ? Do you accept underage children alone during your tours ?

Underage child must be accompanied by an adult. (under 18) All children are welcome. Our guides are trained to adapt their speech. Child and baby seats are available. Please specify the sizes for a suitable equipment. Under 10 years old, child seats are compulsory. All of our excursions have been approved by my children themselves.

Are there any breaks during the tours ? Will we have bathroom stops ?

During all our day trips and visit, many stops are planned for everyone’s comfort.

What type of vehicles do you use ? Do the vehicles have A/C ?

All our vehicles are Mercedes minivans with the greatest comfort and air conditioning.

Are we allowed to get into the minivan with our luggage ?

Our vehicles are not equipped to store clients’ suitcases. Still, there is tolerance about bags, handbags and, in general, whatever you can place over your legs while seated.

Are your tours wheelchair friendly ?

Some of our tours are accessible by people in wheelchair or with reduced mobility, as long as they are able to board a motorcoach by themselves and the wheelchair can be foldable.

What is the dress code required ?

Both comfortable clothes and shoes are recommended. Moreover, you should plan your clothes just in case it rains or it gets colder than normal

What does it mean Licensed Professional Guide ?

All our guides are graduated, licensed and authorized to speak in any Museums in Paris. Anyone is not authorized to offer guided tours. A special diploma is required.

Do you accept animals ?

No animal is allowed on board our tours.

In accordance with copyright law, it is prohibited to record the conference. This is why you are requested not to use a VCR during the visit. Please also refrain from taking a photo of your guide without his consent.

Are reservations required ? How far ahead do I need to book a tour ?

Yes, due to the purposefully small size of all of our groups, reservations are required for all of our tours and activities. We advise you to book approximately 2 to 3 months in advance in order to have your first choice of tour dates.

Do you accept credit cards ?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express through our online booking system. If you are unable to book online, please send us an email we’ll make the booking manually for you.

Is the on-line payment secured ?

Security is one of the biggest considerations in everything we do. We use Paypal or Stripes Payment systems. Stripe is a PCI Service Provider Level 1 which is the highest grade of payment processing security. Both Stripe and PayPal take security seriously.

What is your cancellation policy ?

We understand that unexpected events can change your travel plans ; for this reason we offer a full refund, for any reason, if you cancel more than 48hrs before your reserved tour is scheduled to start.

Lunch – Are meals included ?

Lunches are not included in the price of your excursion. This allows you to choose the place and type of menu you want. Your guide will recommend several options for lunch. If you have a specific request or allergies, please specify it.

During your experience

What time does the tour begin ? What is the pick up time ?

Hotel pickups begins approximately 15-30 minutes prior to the departure time on your voucher, exact pickup time will be advised on reconfirmation 48h before departure. The meeting with your guide is fixed at the reception of your hotel or at the address of your accommodation. If necessary, the guide will contact you and / or the reception of your hotel. Please be ready and waiting in your hotel lobby 10 minutes prior to your scheduled pick up time.

Can the driver pick me up from my hotel /accommodation and drop me off at my hotel/ accommodation ?

All our small group and private day trips includes Hotel Pick up and Drop off in Paris.

If special traffic conditions (strike, pedestrian zone), we reserve the right to change the pick-up and drop-off address.

What happens if I’m late ?

Please also note that our meeting times are absolute and that if you are late and miss the Meeting Time on your reservation we might not be there waiting for you. Therefore it is very important that you arrive on time if you intend to take our tours
